• Marketing agencies serving real estate clients
• Other media service providers in the real estate industry

Our platform enables media professionals to operate under their own brand while providing:

• Client relationship management (CRM) systems
• Project and order management workflows
• Automated marketing campaign creation and management
• Custom-branded client portals and booking systems
• Media delivery and gallery management
• Payment processing and invoicing
• Analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools
• White-label website and subdomain hosting

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Upload, distribute, or transmit any content that infringes intellectual property rights

Credit Purchases

• Credits are purchased in advance and never expire
• All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or our 30-day money-back guarantee
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

Advertising Costs

• You are responsible for all advertising spend on connected platforms
• SnapperHQ does not guarantee advertising performance or results
• Advertising costs are separate from SnapperHQ credit purchases

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload
• You grant SnapperHQ a license to use your content to provide services
• You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content

SnapperHQ Property

• SnapperHQ owns all rights to the platform, software, and technology
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services
• Our trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
