How is this different from a monthly platform like Aryeo?
Aryeo Pro starts at $49/month whether you shoot or not, and full white-label sits behind a paid plan. SnapperHQ has no monthly fee — you buy credits when you have work, and they never expire. White-label booking and delivery are included. Aryeo has a Zillow partnership, a branded mobile app, and a much larger customer base. We don't. If you need those, they're the category leader. If you want white-label without a subscription, that's us.
Can I buy more credits anytime?
Yes. Purchase additional packages whenever you need them. Credits are added immediately.
Are there any monthly fees?
The core platform has no monthly fees — you only pay for the credits you use. SnapperPro, a fuller marketing suite, is planned as an optional subscription and is not for sale yet.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable, but they never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready.
What if I run out of credits?
You can keep using the platform, but you cannot activate new listings or use AI Studio until you buy more credits. Existing galleries stay live.
What if I want to leave — or you shut down?

How does ACH save money?
Agents can pay monthly Stripe invoices by bank transfer instead of cards. ACH rates are a fraction of card processing. At real shoot volume that is thousands of dollars a year, not a rounding error.

Yes. Buy any package at any time — credits accumulate. There are no tiers to unlock.
