You own the files
You keep the copyright in every photo and video you upload. SnapperHQ is a host and a tool — not the owner of your work.
We do not sell your media
We do not sell your photos, license them to third parties, or use them to train public AI models. We host and process them only to run your studio: editing, delivery, and your branded sites.
What can appear on snapperhq.com
A small number of live deliveries may appear on snapperhq.com as examples of work on the platform — city and state, not your studio name. Your own websites show your work under your brand. That is the job.
How to take a listing off the homepage
Open the listing, go to media, and turn off “Show on gallery.” That listing drops off snapperhq.com and ad examples. If we still have one up, email info@snapperhq.com and we take it down.
Payments
Cards and ACH go through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Credits are non-refundable and never expire. There is no monthly fee and no contract.
What we are not claiming
We are not SOC 2 certified. We do not publish a fake badge to look bigger than we are.
