Real estate media software for booking, scheduling, payment processing, and media delivery. No monthly fee. White-label on your domain.
Real estate media software automates booking, scheduling, payment processing, and media delivery for real estate photography businesses. One system takes the order, assigns the photographer, collects payment, and publishes the photos and video.
SnapperHQ is that software. Studios book jobs, schedule photographers, take card or ACH payment, and deliver galleries, video, and property sites on their own domain. There is no monthly fee. Credits are used when you shoot, they do not expire, and a quiet month costs $0.
Aryeo. Subscription from $49 to $179 a month. Best when the studio wants Zillow Showcase. Direct Showcase delivery is the feature the others do not have. The bill continues in a slow month.
SnapperHQ. Credits when you shoot, no monthly fee. Best for independent studios that want white-label booking, in-app editing, and delivery without a fixed monthly bill. Listing Toolkit Pro turns one gallery into 15+ marketing assets for 25 credits: social posts, vertical carousels, open-house flyers, listing descriptions, email, SMS, and a slideshow, under the photographer’s brand.
HDPhotoHub. Pay when you deliver, no monthly fee. Best for studios that want branded delivery and marketing kits on HDPhotoHub’s platform.
Spiro. $5 per listing, no monthly subscription. Ordering, scheduling, invoicing, and property sites stay on Spiro’s platform.
Tonomo. Booking and team scheduling for media companies, priced on a sales call. SnapperHQ is the option that also edits and delivers the media, on the studio’s domain, with no monthly fee.
The financial edge is the credit system plus ACH. There is no monthly platform fee. Credits are spent when you shoot and they do not expire. Agents can pay the studio by bank transfer on a monthly Stripe invoice, which at volume is thousands a year less than card fees.
Photos are edited in the app. Magic Editor handles the RAW files, or you send the shoot to a human editor without leaving SnapperHQ. You can also upload from your phone or pull the files from Google Drive.
The same account does day-to-dusk, virtual staging, declutter, sky replacement, and HDR. Those edits are priced in credits. Finished video stays on your branded pages, so there is no Vimeo bill. Studio and listing sites run on your domain, so there is no Squarespace subscription.
The same system holds the order, the listing, and the team. Photographers are assigned, roles control who can see what, and the dashboard shows revenue, credit use, delivery time, and whether the agent opened the page.
Delivery is a branded download page, a video page, a 3D tour page, and a property website. Agents pay by card or by ACH on a monthly Stripe invoice. Listing Toolkit Pro turns those photos into social posts, flyers, MLS copy, email, SMS, a carousel, and a slideshow for 25 credits.
Sona is the studio growth layer: a lead pipeline, follow-up email, a social calendar, landing pages, Meta ads, review and testimonial collection, referral tracking, a portfolio built from delivered listings, pricing suggestions, and a Monday briefing.
Match the tools on booking, scheduling, payments, and whether the agent’s page shows your brand. Then match the bill: a subscription that charges in a slow month, a per-listing fee, or credits that sit until you shoot.
SnapperHQ’s white-label is included on booking, galleries, video, and property sites. It does not include Zillow Showcase. The compare page grids SnapperHQ, Aryeo, HD Photo Hub, and Spiro, including what they still do better.
